At Oh my Tokyo, we offer a 14-day return policy from the date you receive your item.
To qualify for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. Additionally, you’ll need to provide proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@ohmytokyo.co.uk. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send the package. Please note that returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:
Upon receiving your order, please inspect it carefully. If you discover any defects, damages, or receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can address the issue promptly.
Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items:
Certain items are not eligible for return, including perishable goods, custom products, jewellery, hosiery, personal care items, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, and gift cards. Please contact us if you have any questions about the return eligibility of a specific item.
Please note that sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.
Exchanges:
To expedite the exchange process, we recommend returning the unwanted item and placing a new order for the desired item separately.
Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status for your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to reflect the refund in your account. If you haven’t received your refund within 15 business days of approval, please contact us at info@ohmytokyo.co.uk.
