Delivery Information

We currently ship within the UK only. All orders are shipped via Royal Mail with full duties and taxes included.

Standard Tracked UK Delivery

• Orders are typically delivered within 3-5 working days.
• Orders over £45  for free shipping.

Next Day Tracked UK Delivery

• Orders placed before midnight 2am will be delivered the following day.
• This service uses a ‘signed for’ delivery method (You can choose Royal Mail Next Day Delivey).
• Orders over £75  for free shipping.

Additional Information:

• Quoted transit times are in working days and therefore do not include Saturdays, Sundays or Bank Holidays. Orders placed during the weekend will be dispatched on the following Monday.

• Generally your order will be dispatched all in one parcel, however if your order is very heavy, it may be split into multiple parcels.

• Orders placed over the weekend will be dispatched on the following Monday.

• If you wish to send a gift directly to the recipient, simply provide their address during checkout, and we’ll handle the rest.

• We can deliver to UK Post Office Boxes and BFPO addresses as well.

• After your order is dispatched, we’ll send you an email confirmation along with the consignment reference number.

• If you’re not at home when the delivery arrives, the delivery person may leave the package with a neighbour or provide instructions for a re-delivery or collection at your local post sorting office. To avoid missed deliveries, consider shipping to an address where someone is always available.

• There’s no extra charge for delivery to Northern Ireland, the Scilly Isles, the Channel Islands, or the Scottish Highlands. However, please allow a couple of extra days for delivery to these destinations.

• To track your order with Royal Mail (13-digit reference numbers beginning with DW, ZJ, or RI), visit the Royal Mail Tracking website

• If you realize the delivery address is incorrect before your order is dispatched, contact us during working hours so we can amend it. Please double-check the delivery address to avoid re-delivery charges due to incorrect details or non-collection from the sorting office.
